added proper w_ models from the game (with LODs)
i might remove the riotshield untill i can get someone that knows how to code to improve it

switched rocket code, so hopefully its less broken
no more pretty explosion effects for now

improved rocket entitiy
removed launchers with half baked code
will add back when krazy redos them

new RPG effects (from insugency)
