Fixed the world to seem more like the real map, no wildy above mortyana, better tut. island, etc

I'm not sure wether or not the recent patches went through. In case they haven't, this should fix it.

Attempted more biome diversity. For example, I tried to implement more plains around the map and added tundra near the Mortyiana reigon.

I've gone through and removed one or two more pepper resources lying around. Also, I went through and made sure there werent ant corners of the map that were resoucre dry. There shouldn't be any place larger than a 3x3 that doesn't have anything in it. Finally, I added city ruins in the wildy, just for asthetics.

I've fixed some things people found over playing, things I did were:
-add ancient ruins (There is about 7 for each area)
-Added generally more things to the Feldip Hills and Yanille area. It was a bit lackluster before.
-Removed resources like pepper, nutmeg, etc. Since they were civ specific resources
-Added amounts to startegic resources. I thought that civ did this automatically, but apparently it sets everything to one. I made it so each resource is around 3, ranging from 2 - 6
I'll keep updating based on your suggestions!
