I'm not sure the reason for this, but below in the comments ReflectedPower found a fix, you need to move the map from the mod folder straight to your maps for it to work

eyo i can't find the map on the map selector, i have it added on mods, then when i go in game i can see all my mods but this one

To anybody who is having trouble loading the map. I tried deactivating all mods & DLC and I still couldn't get it to show up. After trying to find new solutions, the following solution DID end up working for me however.

Locate your Documents folder and go to the 'my games' folder. Next open the 'Sid Meier's Civilization 5' folder. Go into the 'MODS' folder and locate the "Runescape's Gielinor" folder and copy the folder.

Next, go back to the 'Sid Meier's Civilization 5' folder you were in previously, open the 'Maps' folder, and paste in the folder you previously copied. Now you should have a folder named "Runescape's Gielinor (v 1)" in there.

That's all. Next time you load the game you should be able to find the Gielinor map under the Additional Maps folder.

yes its enabled, yes i'm loading it through the mods section of singleplayer.

@ArcticWolf I think there is coal, especially where the coal mines were in game. I can see I put at least three north of aradouge

Has anyone else played this map and found the world lacked coal? It was a bit strange, especially since I recall that Gielinor has a lot of coal in it...

about 5-8 months ago a civ update ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up any mod maps :/ What Taranack is an easy bypass tho.

(To Doctor Whooves) I don't know wether or not the mod is BNW. It might howver just be the mod not turning on right. You can try going to Documents- My Games- Civilization 5- MODS-Runescape's Geilenor and move geilnorenlarged to the Maps inside the Civilization 5 folder. That might make it recognize the map. If it doesn't, then i guess the map is only for a certain expansion :/

FYI your title has a spelling mistake. It's Runescape's not Runescapes'. Runescape doesn't end with an "s" so needs the 's instead of just '.

Suggestion, increase the ammount of resorces that stratigic resources give. The base game gives at least 2 per resource, but yours every resource only gives one, this means that in order to do anything you have to either have alot of citys, pray that your ally city states are on a resource.

If you want to play with multiple people, everyone needs to have the map. As far as compatability with luxury adding mods, I have no idea, but I think it should work.
