Fixed EOD armor being completely black on the un-colorable parts

Fixed Recon armor using the wrong texture

Fixed partial color tinting on EOD and Recon armor
Updated hand textures to blend better with the rest of the Mark VI armor textures
De-green'd the base textures (how did that even happen??)
