shuffled bow code to prevent an error when it runs before other map entities
fixed an issue with bow string scale when removing it from a pocket
fixed another issue that could arise with the bow activating before other entities

Respawn fix if bow is not present in a compatable level
Added a respawn command in case this doesn't work
