Added radiator, because enclosed volume engine cooling no longer works. I changed the camo as well to hide graphical glitching of the new unpaintable radiator.

Fixed engine exhaust bug caused by last game update. Previously I used fluid nozzle to remove smoke, but this doesn't work anymore, so I replaced it with exhaust.
