#Patch 1.05

*Added Blood Nobility Traits
You'll be now born with a blood nobility trait such as: Commoner, Lower Noble, High Noble and Imperial Noble.
Only Commoners will rule a Common Assembly.

Fixed a Broken Event in the Confederacy Forming Option.
Fixed foreing Dukes voteing in common assembly voteing because they hold a council position.
Fixed a Bug were loading a save or resigning led to a CTD
