- 新增法諾與星鈦巨型堡壘為軌道轟炸艦隊報復行動的合格建築目標。
- 新增法諾與星晶要塞及巨型堡壘遭受軌道艦隊報復攻擊的工具提示在地化內容。
- 修復進化艙顯示為不可建造的問題(荒野帝國除外,此為ACoT基礎行為)。
- 將進化艙與克隆槽的內嵌腳本分離,以實現更精細的控制。
- 修正因潛能值錯誤導致超心理祭壇無法升級的問題,此限制原需玩家建立蜂巢帝國方能解鎖,現已修正為所有具備超心理昇華能力的玩家皆可使用。
- 修正荒野帝國首都建築未計入升級進度的問題,此缺陷將導致進階建築完全無法建造。

- 修正了非淪陷帝國的 delta 階行星護盾氣泡特效無法顯示的問題。
- 大幅簡化產生防護罩氣泡特效的程式碼。
- 修正無法將 phanon 星基地升級為 sigma 階。
- 重製了內嵌指令碼,可將生物船帝國的合金成本轉換成食物成本。
- 重製了法農星基地等級升級成本,降低了合金成本並增加了符文力量成本。

- Fixed delta Dark Energy Planetary Shield Generators using the wrong tech prerequisites for the incorrect alpha tier instead of correct delta tier.
- Fixed unfitting entity offsets for the new precursor megastructures when upgrading them from vanilla megastructures.
- Added vanilla mega shipyard upgrade option into precursor shipyard.

- Fixed dark matter conduit producing/costing and requiring runic power upkeep.
- Fixed dark energy conduit producingv and costing runic power upkeep.
- Adjusted prices and upkeep for all tiers of conduits.
- Fixed wrong destroy blocks to cause the super assembly to disappear at the end of the month for all tiers beyond delta.
- Removed outdated and unnecessary remove_capital_building scripted trigger, which caused various capital buildings to not get properly removed.
- Added cost removal for all machines and gestalts when transforming their capital to delta tier and having the Enigmatic Deployment technology researched.

- Fixed all tiers of research institutes having not existing jobs and missing resource production.
- Added missing BPV support for all tiers of AoT habitats.
- Fixed wrong localisation entries for Enigmatic Fortress System Capacity tech description.
- Fixed precursor databank DIY project referencing wrong event on success.
- Fixed Fallen Precursor Star relays spawing inside system star (requires new game to have an effect)
- Added missing Hyperion section overrides.

- Updates the Mod to Stellaris v4.0 'Pheonix'
- The update is huge and absolutely requires a new game to be started in 4.0 to enjoy all new features.

Changelog:
- Enigmatic Fortress now uses the same mechanics as the deep space fortress.
- Added repeatable technology to increase the amount of Enigmatic Fortresses per system up to a total of 6.
- Fixed Phanon traits to use the new Paragon system.
- Completely changed Dark Matter habitats and higher tiers:
- Building a Dark Matter habitat (or higher) and a conduit on any planet will spawn 4 support pylons around the planet.
- Support pylons boost each others resource output plus worker output on the planet with the conduit.
- The more support pylons exist in the system the higher the granted bonuses, so it's best to build the habitats in
systems with many planets.
- Updated all AoT planets to use the new pop and district system.
- Completely rebuild large chunks of the mod code to use inline_scripts, which should hopefully help with new updates in the future.
- Added buildable precursor mega structures.
- Updated fallen empire system initializers.

- Added missing automod traits to Delta and Alpha Tier bureaucrat Jobs. (Thanks to Xahkarias for the headsup)
- Fixed Fallen Empire Warbarges not spawning (requires new game and Federations DLC)
- Fixed Enigmatic Fortress defense platform not spawning in the home system for Xenophile Fallen Empire. (Requires new game)
- Fixed outdated components for Fallen Empire Warbarge designs.
- Fixed outdated components for Xenpohile Fallen Empire Enigmatic Fortress design.

- Lowered the time to trigger the "Mirror in the Sky" Event from 7200 + [0..360] days to 1800 + [0..720] days.
- Additonally you will now Need either a Enigmalith Aetena constructed OR any resource producing Building from the Alpha Tier on your planets for it to start.

- Lowered the time to trigger the "Power Beyond Stars" Event from 9000 + [0..1800] days to 1800 + [0..720] days.
- Additonally you will now Need either a Enigmalith Kali, Runic Stellar Converter or a Phanon Great Wall (Must at least have MacR.I.P.P. Planets spawned) constructed AND any resource producing Building from the Phanon Tier on your planets for it start.
