Fixed coins not working on the toilet=happy flushing:)

Hotfix
Fixed hose not ataching to hose nozzle in multiplayer client side
fixed magnum gun not killing other players client side
fixed magnum pistol=now fully functional multiplayer compatible gun=any player can use the pistol
fixed hanging lights cord not ataching to light fitting in multiplayer=temporarilly disabled abillity for light fitting to move
thats it for now and map is fully compatible with multiplayer now!

Fixed Elevator coin acceptor eating coins and not working
Added better coin insert sound for the machines
disabled decals on 5 meshes inside elevator
added explosive incinerator collectible with doors
