Patch 1.09 (Part 1.2 of 2) Leaking into Patch 1.1

-New-

- Added an early API script check to force hits on characters that are inflicted with hard CC status like Knock Down, Frozen, Stunned, Petrified and Odin's Transfixed. This script will bypass normal Accuracy Vs Dodge game mechanics that have been bugged since Giftbag 5 allowing attacks to miss. This function will not work if the attacking character is Blinded.
- New Skill "Harmonizing Shower" Req Hydro 3: Invoke a harmonic rain that neutralizes both Cursed and Blessed surfaces or clouds in a 10m radius. Remaining fire calmly fades away leaving behind water surfaces.

-Changes-

Spark Skills such as Sparking Swings have been globally reworked from the ground up. All Spark skills will now deal 50% Weapon Damage to your primary Target (In case of Thurg Warlord the first Element is used). This damage is affected by your weapon's relevant stat. It will then fork to the nearest enemy as usual for 50% Damage. The Forking Sparks themselves are still considered Magical attacks. This rework provides a more balanced damage distribution that all melee builds make good use of and allow the player to build between single target and AoE. Spark buffs themselves are still limited to the first one cast without the Thurg Warlord Talent. Visual effects and UI descriptions have been updated for every spark skill variant.

- Sparks Projectile Range reduced to 10m from 13m.
- Thanks to new Spark interaction some scripted Melee skills like Duelist's Clash, Killing Field and Whirling Steel will now Proc as intended.
- Spark projectiles have been given a 500ms CD per target for a few AoE Melee skills like Blade Dervish and Whirling Steel.
- Forked Sparks from Thurg Warlord Talent will no longer iterate neutral NPCs.
- Odinblade's Volt Swings Skills will now be intercepted by Conflux and apply Arc Brand / Fulminating Sire status instead.
- Thaumaturgy Warlord Talent will now display in-game UI calculated damage values on Magic skills for it's 50% STR bonus. Damage calculations will update live so players can easily see what they're getting without casting a skill to see the result.
- Wake of Phantoms will now display in-game UI calculated damage values for it's secondary STR+INT damage bonuses.
- Extravasate will now display in-game UI calculated damage values for it's minimum and maximum stacks and adjusts for the highest qualifying attribute.
- A Conflux favorite Unique sword will now display all it's calculations and dynamic properties on the weapon itself.
- Steam Lance cost reduced to 1SP from 2SP.
- Tornado is now a level 9 Aero skill from lvl 16. Surface radius increased to 4m from 3m.

-Fixes-

- Fixed a Crash caused by non-Vanilla / Conflux character-only status effects applying to the object "Bone Collector's Throne". This is a Giftbag5 bug that all modders should be made aware of to prevent their custom character status effects from applying to objects. In this case all status is blocked early in the API so it's fixed for this particular situation. Please let authors know of any similar crashes.

- Improved Whirling Steel Targeting. If a character was targeted it was not returning the coordinates correctly.

HotFix:

- Fixed No-Pre-Buff Lua script from not working. Accidently goofed it messing with another Lua script.
- Vitalize is now a 1SP cost from 2SP.

HotFix/Update for 1.09 (Part 1 of 2)

Some changes and new skills are just going to end up leaking into hotfixes that are needed before Part 2 of 2 release.
Probably better off this way.

-New-

- Warfare skill "Whirling Steel" Transform into a cyclone of spinning blades to each of three chosen locations in order. You will barrel through all enemies in your path dealing 65% Weapon damage each time you start a new spin until ending at the last chosen location.

-Changes-

- Lord of Endless Night is now a lvl 10 Skill from lvl 13.
- Scripted AI response actions have been slightly increased for Invisibility Potions.
- Physical and Magic Armor potions will now have an overhead display text for which potions type.
- Odinblade's Huntsman Overhaul has been Integrated into the Conflux AI and Talent scripts.
- Summons a character owns will now be unsummoned when they enter the Mirror. This is to prevent a minor exploit.

- Elemental Ranger Talent has been upgraded and now also applies Bleeding, Chilled, Shocked, Poisoned or Slowed based on the surface your target is standing in. This status proc includes Auto-attacks and Skills. The Talent now also gives an additional 15% Bonus Elemental damage to all Skill or Special Arrow attacks based on the surface your target is standing in.

-Fixes-

- Fixed Extravasate from not counting Proliferate Turns in it's damage calculation if only Proliferate was consumed.
- Fixed an unnecessary Status duration check that would cause characters who spawn with CC statues like sleep to not have them.
- Fixed Act 4 boss order of operations bug causing one of her mechanics to fail.
- Fixed Nullify to not remove Talent based duration status effects like Elusive Retaliation's Movement bonus or Runic Arsenal's Shielding Rune buff.

HotFix:

- Changed the very strict CC turn duration limit scripting introduced in Oct. The previous script seemed to caused CC effects to randomly fail. ie Battle Stomp would hit two enemies but only Knock Down one of them when both were valid targets. The new script is a bit more cut a dry and no anomalies have been detected.

HotFix:

-Changes-

- Stances are now Disciplines since generally stances are toggle effects while Disciplines are branches of different fighting styles.
- Thanks to a fixed bug in the script extender Killing Field can now be fleshed out as a potent melee area denial / mosh pit. The skill now strikes twice when an enemy enters the area. When enemies start their turn in the area and when they exit the area. Some new visuals have been added.
- Fated Whisper's mechanics have been changed to a status duration triggered teleport. Characters who die with the status active will be pulled through the nether to an ally within 10m and explode instead of being an instant action when the skill is used.
- Provoke cooldown reduced to 4 turns from 5. This includes sub taunts like Ifan's Wolf. Enemy Taunt which a few late game enemies have remain 5 turns.
- Unstable Talent - Removed Cursed Smoke as a possible random surface transform since this was recently made fairly strong.
- Withering Ray is no longer a source skill. It leaves behind blood instead of cursed blood and Weakens as part of it's no Magic Armor condition instead of Curse. The Snake is back also.

-Fixes-

- Fixed Enemy version of Primal Strike to use the updated High Ground script.
- Mobile Bulwark will reduce range by -4m instead of -50%.
- Fixed new Nullify skill description and added Stances to Nullify blacklist. Scripted AI response will also check for invisibility before using this skill. At a later point some scripted responses may be removed for this skill allowing the AI better random use given they use it properly.
- Fixed Giftbag5 foolishness from not applying CC immunity to Knight Regent Acheron when he's aiming.
- Fixed a few Osmosis rune Crafting combine mismatches. This rune will probably get a rework in the future.
- Fixed Intercept Cooldown back to 5 turns accidentally left at 0 from testing.
- Fixed Cleanse Wounds targeting issue caused by a typo.
- Fixed Runic Hammer naming.
