accidentally left a test button active, made it inactive again.

added the 40 days monsters to the monster setup script.

made it so the monster chips are not deleted for cards that require you to get monsters that aren't already in the active stacks.

modified where the stacks end up when they are cleared by the monster setup area.

hopefully fixed bug where on some graphic settings the table edge gets deleted when starting a game. If problem persists let me know and I'll make further adjustments.

Added vanilla tyrant automation and manual selection for allowing custom games to be made with whatever combination of stuff you want.

fixed various bugs present in the initial release.
