~ ALL bike moves, old Uspecial and Bair are now intergrated into Fspecial:
While in bike mode:
Jump become old Uspecial if used in midair or Fspecial startup
Special become old Bair.

~Edgeguard:

- Fstrong have slightly worse angle 40 -> 48, allowing high recovery on DI full up-in.
+ Fstrong have a little higher kb scaling, 0.7 -> 0.8.
