+dash speed increased from 5 to 5.25
+waveland adj increased from 0.65 to 0.7
+landing time reduced to 4 frames to match, well, everyone else

+landmine throws outwards slightly further
+energy gain slightly increased when hitting opponents.

+uspecial sends less backward
+fspecial now starts with a significant horizontal boost forward when start in the air.
+fspecial/uspecial explosion damage (to self) removed.


Normals:

+dtilt projectile damage increased from 2% to 3%
+dstrong damage increased from 1/1/7 to 1/1/9
+ftilt connects more reliably
+fstrong damage increased from 6%+6% to 8%+7% (12% increased to 15% when landing sweetspot)

-bair and uair can only be use once per airtime
-uair final hit knockback slightly decreased
-utilt knockback growth decreased slightly
-dattack knockback growth decreased slightly.
-dattack maximum travel distance decreased.
