-Fstrong- Reduce hitbox size
-Bike- Remove angle flipper on bike hitboxes and align hitboxes closer to animation so that it is easier to parry
-Fair- 3F slower
-Nair- Reduce damage of each hit by 1-2%
-Ftilt- No longer moves forward, more endlag
-No more taunt on respawn platform
