Updated African Swallow Rescue AS-24R.

  • Added missing critical electrical connection from cockpit to main breaker
  • Added small water tank connected to the engine radiator for needed cooling. Engine temperature should hover around 80 to 90 degrees C at cruise.
  • Added some weight blocks on the nose to prevent imbalance if aircraft spawns without fuel

Updated African Swallow Rescue AS-24R.

  • Removed variable brake on the nose gear for stability
  • Switched to a different radio microcontroller
  • Added headsets to pilot and co-pilot seats
  • Replaced fake fire extinguishers with real ones
  • Added handheld radios, flare gun and ammo, flares, welding torches, NV binoculars, oxygen tanks, compasses, and a radio detector
  • Added defibrillators and first-aid kit next to medical beds
  • Ropes on anchors are detachable for other uses
  • Removed cosmetics behind passenger seating to reduce weight and allows access to walls for repairs
  • Removed some blocks for weight reduction and repair access
  • Added two sliding door hatches for engine access for repairs
  • Added a sliding door hatch in the lavatory for microcontroller and antennae repairs
  • Replaced lavatory door from custom hinge door to non-electric sliding door to reduce non-essential electric use
  • Moved radar component slightly to the rear to match camera lateral position
  • Reworked radar rotation mechanism to use in-component yaw facing to reduce size, weight, and risk of failure
  • Added hose connectors to refueling ports for new default compatibility
  • Added electrical anchor next to electrical connector for added ground power unit compatibility

  • Non-visual and informative radar - instead of showing you circles and dots, this radar tells you the bearing and the distance of a detected target. Now camera ops. and radar ops. can work together to confirm the location of a target. Teamwork!
  • Some block behind the flaps recolored
