- Updated version to 0.2.
- Merged both fonts (ColorPix and ColorPixAlpha) into a single source texture.
- Simplified file/directory structure.
- Added fully transparent pixel to ColorPix font (Unicode character 80A0). Support for binary transparency will be added to image converter soon.

FAIL!

Tried using a 256 x 256 texture in place of the 1024 x 1024 texture. Did not work well due to bilinear filtering artifacts at glyph edges. It's been fixed now. My apologies!
