I apologize for the technicality of the explanation.
The converter was using CRLF line endings (two characters, max image size (W + 2) * H = 100,000), but I tested LF line endings (one character) and they work in game. I modified the converter to use LF line endings, so max size is now (W + 1) * H = 100,000.
Also added a button to the input row that scales the image to the maximum allowed size (maintaining aspect ratio).
Thanks again for the question, that's the first step of the scientific method :)
You don't have to reduce images prior to running them through the converter though - just enter new values in the input width and/or height fields at the top of the converter interface, and the converter will resize the image for you.
Hope this is helpful - thank you for the question!
@Morpheus, this may resolve your issue with Firefox, looks like there were some criteria (permissions) required for using the clipboard API in Firefox specifically. When you get a chance, will you try it again and let me know if it works for you now?
Thanks all for your help and suggestions thus far!
@ScippieDippie// that's an easy addition, might do that today. Thank you for the recommendation!
@Morpheus I was afraid that might be the case - thank you for the heads up. I don't personally use FF, can you give me any further details on it? Maybe open the devtools and let me know if you're seeing any javascript errors?
Great mod either way.
