• Sliced the Knife Road (Phase 1) to make it shorter
• Knife Road (Phase 1) walls spawn more knives
• Death Wish: Conductor now drops 3 health pons after each phase instead of 1

• Outside circling knives spawn more outside of the arena
• Very slow knife circle (Phase 4) is now a bit faster

• Knife walls spawn more outside of the arena
• Knife Road (Phase 1) is now longer, bigger and with more knives!
• First knife wall in Knife Road (Phase 1) no longer follows the player
• First three knife walls in Knife Walls (Phase 2) no longer follow the player
• First four knife walls in Knife Rain (Phase 3) no longer follow the player
