Added support for another addon (Custom TTT Roles) and cleaning of code.

Added new ConVar "ttt_end_random_music_source": If it is changed to 1 the addon will now search for the audio files inside the sound/music/end_random_music/[ROLE] folders, but it doesn't create the folders. Useful for custom addons that provide the soundfiles inside their addon/sound/music/end_random_music/[ROLE] folders.
