- Updated and upscaled custom planet backgrounds.

- Due to an issue similar to the Covenant Jiralhanae name change, the Sangheili have been renamed "Covenant Sangheili" to fix an issue with their missing Sangheili species trait.

- Fixed an issue with the missing Sangheili species trait from the Storm Sangheili in the Storm Covenant prescripted empire.

- Fixed an issue with the missing "Protector of the Ecumene" ruler trait for the Ur-Didact from the Promethean Warlord civic.

- Fixed an issue that was causing the Jiralhanae pops on High Charity to have missing portraits and their respective trait.

- Jiralhanae pops that spawn on High Charity have their species name changed to "Jiralhanae Loyalist" pops to fix the issue (I don't know why the game suddenly had a problem with their species name, but this change fixed the issue with their missing portrait and trait).

- Fixed an issue that caused the Sangheili empire in the High Charity origin to have a colony shelter instead of a planetary admin building.
