gameconfig stats such as female spawn probability and starting squad stats were moved to my ironman vet rebalance mod. This mod itself changes only cosmetics now.

rezipped with winrar, to get rid of "is not a mod file" error in the Xenonauts mod launcher

Updated as first part of my B4X2 ititiative.

.) loadouts.xml was removed, will be part of my weapons mod from now on.
