Minor Update:
- Fixed issue with teammate attack act out not having a proper anim/sfx
- Increased chance of running into Bogatyr's Flashbacks from 20% -> 65%. This should make preparing for the flashback fight a bit easier since it's more reliable to encounter
- Made Beseige only usable in ranks 34 to give more distinction between backline and frontline Boga builds

-Completely redone Sfx, similar to old ones, but redone with a bit more polish.
- Sunder now gives 40%>60% bonus dmg vs stunned and has increased crit mod from 3%>7% to 6%>10%
- Winterbreath now gives a 8%>12% crits received while stunned debuff. Stun buff and spd debuff removed
- Coldsnap now is single target, adjusted stun chance, and gives a -8>-12 spd while stunned debuff (only is applied while target is stunned)
- Besiege has had the stun resist debuff removed and dmg mod increased from -15%>0%
- Arctic Clutch is now single use and gives party +2>+4 SPD and +10%>+20% Stun chance and an additional +1>+3 SPD to the Bogatyr for the remainder of the battle.
- Kievan Canto's prot buff scaling has been changed from 7%>9%>11%>13%>15% to 10%>11%>12%>13%>15%
- Samobranka's health buff is now only applied to the boga himself and has had its cooldown reduced by 1 turn.
- Stone at the Crossroads now doesn't force target hero into defend animation while giving the quest-long buffs.
- Sea King's Bottle now only reduces Max Hp by 10% instead of 20%.
