Reverted the merc leather armor back to vanilla. Modifying armor was always outside the desired scope of the mod - plus it made merc leather substantially better than the plated jacket and I don't want to get into trying to balance tweaks. For anyone interested in my initial change, the vanilla blunt bonus of merc leather is .04, I changed it to .12 in order to differentiate it from conscript leather, which is .1.

For whatever reason, I cannot get athletics multipliers to stick so;

Shirts now give a slight bonus to combat speed to match sandals and a small dex bonus. Vests get the same as well as a small dodge bonus since they don't cover the arms.

Wool hats are no longer the best blunt armor in the game after the last patch, whoops. They should still be worth looking at if you want to protect your head from sticks on a budget.

After looking at the model, I added a 20% coverage to arms for the martial artists' bindings to match the leg coverage. Added a small blunt armor bonus as well since that's the binding's job.

Tweaked the athletics bonus for the white cloth vest, as it didn't appear to be working. Added a blunt armor bonus to the wool hat because it's soft and fluffy. Added armor coverage to the martial artists' bindings; 100% stomach, 20% legs.

Fixed Stout Hessian Uniform. It no longer has the coverage of a Monk's Robe. It is now properly pants.

Non-leather turtlenecks now have a .05 or .1 bonus to sneaking because they're good for spy stuff, ya know.
