Clothing and Cloth Armor Stats

Adds coverage to all clothes and hats. Most pants now cover 25% of the stomach because your groin isn't your leg. Most things in the leg or armor slot will have defense values comparable to ninja rags, including rags and monk type clothing. Gi and hessian now cover like the monk robe, except for the Gi's lack of arms.

The cloth shirts and vest have a small boost (5%) to skills make up for being worthless, and the leather vest has a tiny bonus to blunt defense.
Drifter's pants now have the above mentioned 25% stomach coverage.

Rags have had their coverage increased to match their in-game model, though I left the right arm coverage alone. Rags now protect your fists.

Wool hats have a small blunt armor bonus on account of being soft and fuzzy.

Other minor things I may have missed, but I avoided touching armor and things that already had stats for the most part. If anything looks weird let me know.

A certain bandit faction's unique take on fashion is untouched by this mod.
