Fixed faulty coding that prevented darkness SkyColorSet from being applied during permanent darkness when sunlight setting is disabled.

Added Harmony dependency.

Patches SkyColorSet.Lerp to fix the issue of Aurora, Toxic Spewer etc. brightening the map during permanent darkness; SkyColorSet is coded to always return darkest night SkyColorSet if permanent darkness game condition is enabled (if sunlight setting is enabled, when GenCelestial.CelestialSunGlow(map, Find.TickManager.TicksAbs) < 0.3f

Removed SkyTarget, SkyTargetLerpFactor overrides from GameCondition_DarknessPermanent since darkening of the map is now handled by patched SkyColorSet.Lerp

Can determine whether downed unit is attacked or not on mod settings.
Adjusted GameCondition_DarknessPermanent to remove bug where some Darkness monsters do not despawn after sunlight rises.
