Added new weapon special for NPCs in override list if u mount Half-Life: Source. It adds the TAU cannon itself! (WARNING: Code retaken from the MekoTAU cannon)

Reorganized lua, and now the weapon use only its own lua file instead of shared.lua, cl_init.lua and init.lua

Reactivated the NPC script at the end of the lua file. This way it's already updated for the GMod update.

Reorganized and optimized some codes in shared.lua .
Also buffed the RMB recoil to fits like on Hl:Source.
