Reorganized lua, and now the weapon use only its own lua file instead of shared.lua, cl_init.lua and init.lua

Reactivated the NPC script at the end of the lua file. This way it's already updated for the GMod update.

SWep is now usable by NPCs. Expect another update when the GMod update is released.

Reorganized and optimized some codes in shared.lua .
Also buffed the RMB recoil to fits like on Hl:Source.
