Fix:

- The speed of growing the kelb is increased to the maximum.

- Settlers should now collect the kelb as before.

Fixed:

-Fixed some issues with the waterfarm and water bonfires caused by new water tiles. Now you should be able place them on the coast of every (not modded) biome.

-Also kinda fixed another problem with the waterfarm causing it to create a ton of kelp plants one spot and braking the whole thing. The solution for now is only a workaround since it's kinda silly that the plants get magically moved.
