Visions update
-They have added a new vision (human_peripheral) which means there are now 3 different values for infantry
-Changed the way how visions work ingame as well.They probably make that each infantry has their own line of vision
-This is a placeholder update to make the game runs compatible with the latest update until i'm figuring out how to change the vision

-LOD are now extended for 3rd person zoom
-Remove few AI files with no proper linking

Changelog:

Finish infantry weapon values.Infantry battles are now ready
-Decrease spotting range to about 1000 meters
=> Tank engagement should happened at range about 900 to 1000 meters from now on
-Spotting range of infantry at about 400-500 meters
=> Infantry engagement should happened at range about 400 to 500 meters from now on
-Machine guns now shoot up to 1000 meters (800 is their lower limit)
Meaning that you can strageically place machine guns further away and let infantry do the spotting
-Auto grenade launchers has range up to 800 meters but have decrease accuracy (This is true in real life)
-AI now throw grenades at range up to 50 meters (however they seems less likely to do it)
