Long Range Mod & Enhanced AI

This is the Long Range Mod where all vehicles and infantry have increased combat radius and spotting range.
Also the AI has been tweaked to have a more realistic response for both infantry fight and tanks fight.
Best used with this mod: Original Armor System

2.Performance hit while increasing LOD
Happens when a lot of vehicles are loaded in the same time (20 are when it starts getting bad)
