CHANGES:
The historical path of the focus tree have been restructured. This is due to historical restrictions and incoherences for some focus. For example, it wasn't normal for General José Félix Extigarribia to only have his own focus in the non-historical path, neither the Emergency Powers focus.
Furthermore, and this is the biggest change, this character now comes to power when Franco is ousted, instead of Higinio Morinigo. Indeed, Morinigo only replaces Estigarribia upon the latter's death in 1940.
Of course, the case of Félix Paiva (the president between Franco and Estigarribia) is still missing, which Paradox didn't bother to include any content for him. Adding flavour for this character would require me to create new focus, which I refuse to do (moreover with portraits, events, or decisions).
To reflect the death of Estiggaribia in 1940 that is not represented in the vanilla, I recommend to use my other mod alongside this one: Historical Leader Replacements [HP version] or the vanilla version.

The text of the event news will be readable now instead of just after the completion of the focus "Pull back troops from the Chaco".
