Updated Wisconsin Dells Duck - Green Livery.

-New Modular Engine from CaptainSmollett Premade Engine Pack.
(provides better power than the previous engine, but just a little bit more)
-Redid setup for wheel and prop clutches
-Added "Mirrors"
-Redid front and controls
-Added engine access hatch
-Added tool hatch

-Replaced radiators with water cooling setup. (testing indicates this has fixed the overheating issue.)

Updated Wisconsin Dells Duck - Green Livery. Renamed vehicle from "Wisconsin Tour Duck" to "Wisconsin Dells Duck - Green Livery".

-Replaced railing on back with rope to more accurately replicate duck this model is based on.
