Updated Wisconsin Dells Duck - Green Livery.

-New Modular Engine from CaptainSmollett Premade Engine Pack.
(provides better power than the previous engine, but just a little bit more)
-Redid setup for wheel and prop clutches
-Added "Mirrors"
-Redid front and controls
-Added engine access hatch
-Added tool hatch
