* Fixed player spawns not updating the player's inventory with the SCGG if scgg_enabled 2 and the player spawns with a gravity gun.
* Dynamic claws should now properly take FPS into account. No more slow movement in slow FPS.

* Fixed disappearance issue with scgg_normal_switch 0 and a normal gravity gun being dropped.
* (EXPERIMENTAL) SCGG will try and check whether a prop is constrained to the world, and only constrain it to the gun if not constrained to world.
* Fixed some minor dynamic claw issues.
* Fixed a bug with scgg_friendly_fire 0 not being applied to punting.

I have to admit, me releasing these updates as frequently as they're available... isn't so great anymore. Bugs after bugs after bugs and fixes... I think I'll stop this cycle for now.

* Fixed a fatal bug with the super-charging functionality that, if the map is cleaned up and the field super-charges enough times, VPhysics will die and everything physical will fall through the map.

* Recreated some effects of the super-charging function from the HL2 games' C++ code.

* Fixed accidental screw-up bug with scgg_normal_switch not removing normal gravity gun after confiscation field.

* Prop locking time is now increased to 1.5 seconds.
