- Fix issues with placed stops on clients not being recognized because a prior removed stop was not completely cleared.
- Fix changing of stop scan count settings from client not correctly reflecting on UI.

- Fix distance from lift center where control is possible without being hit by the railing being too small.
- Fix railing colliders not being immediately removed when lift stop is removed.
- Fix automatic mode switch from manual to automatic when a new stop is placed for a lift current near the stop.
