Updated for 1.10.5
- All AIs now know what a motorized division is! USA, Britain (and Germany to a small degree) will motorize part of their armies. Minors will build a division or two if they can.
- Poland and Czechoslovakia will not be AFK (AI will be training units and raising conscription, when being threatened, not wait for war declaration), update templates, produce anti tank guns etc...
- More historical Germany path– will not invade Benelux immediately following war with Poland in 1939, but Denmark first in 1940 and Benelux later (this also helps Germany a lot by not splitting forces so much, in preparation for the next wars)
- Improved German AI in a way of it now trying to avoid multiple front wars and splitting forces before the war (i.e. blocking war declarations, before one country is dealt with first)
- increased amount of Garrison divisions GER creates (and made them a bit stronger)
- More historical Japan historical path – will attack indochina and USA a bit later in December
- France & UK units will abandon Poland to its fate (not try to send units via Baltic immediately)
- fixed accidentaly removed anti-tank guns from the Germany infantry template
- Improved Hungarian research and unit priorities (more focus on armor and motorized)
- A lot of smaller AI adjustments for all countries and some fixes
- Fixed a small error possibly preventing AIs from ever improving their mountaineer templates
- added some failsafe scripts for non-historical France and Germany (so they don't auto-declare on anything that neighbors them in a situation when it is suicidal)
- some code optimalizations (scripts less cpu intensive, but not noticable anyway)

Updated for 1.10.4
-fixed a case where volunteers for fascist spain would not be sent (due to Nationalist Spain having a different dynamic tag sometimes)
-Improved France, it will no longer try to research a land doctrine with a 1000+day penalty, it will instead spend more time on other areas. Air techs, navy and artillery given higher priority.

- Fixed an issue potentially causing German AI to stall and not attack in the Benelux (mostly happens with my 1939 Start Fixed mod enabled)
- Tweaked USA AI production

-Minor improvements to USA AI
-USA will switch to export focus now, so it's not crippled forever. (Handled via AI event with some prerequisities, it still costs them 150 PP, it's broken otherwise in this patch, AI never changes economy laws under any circumstance now)
-Allied AIs more likely to research Land Doctrine

- Exiled AI Governments will no longer lobby for support, when they already have 100 Legitimacy
- Spain and France AI should no longer pick communist advisors in historical games (Without La Résistance)
- Fixed AI not using Ichi Go decision in historical games (error in the decision file)
- AIs will research heavy fighters more now, some countries should also research rocket techs and jets (sooner than 1950...)
- Will stop sending LL to China at war with a friendly Japan (AI was really defiant about this)

- Fixed weird USA behavior (sending lots of troops to Africa and UK while being at peace)
- Improved US AI templates

- Axis AIs and USSR should not close their economies when they are in a faction
- Fixed very slow peacetime AI army training (was due to waiting for 100% equipment levels)
