Various tweaks to all aspects of German AI – should perform better in historical games.
Changes to Soviet AI historical focus path – to include many more historical focuses and perform better mid/late game. Disabled Operation Countenance – invasion of Iran altogether (AI is unable to carry it out in any meaningful way) – makes more room for other focuses.
Germany will build AA defense in its most important states to protect from Allied bombers.
Germany will (hopefully) stop attacking Switzerland in historical games (non-dlc Switzerland)
Fixed some side effects of AI scripts, causing undesired behavior (for example Lithuania joining the war)

Major AIs:
Will build some transport planes and use them to supply troops
Fixed or modified many AI templates – this should improve their 'standard' templates to work better (NSB update) as well as utilize more the other ones like Marines, garrisons, mountaineers...

Germany
-will construct some dockyards early to build at least some naval force before the war
-tweaked the air production, now should produce a much more decent airforce again
-will pick Captain of Industry ASAP (cheap)
-uses more efficient infantry templates now (9/1 instead of 9/3)
-prompted to build a larger army before Barbarossa
-should not call Italy/other Axis nations to war against Poland too early (in historical mode)
- should not waste PP by improving relations when at war
-will not repeatedly try to transport troops around entire Africa to Italian colonies (with Italy not even in a war yet)

Italy
-will not delete its starting mixed cavalry/tank divisions
-will create some light tank templates and build a few divisions
-will not justify wargoals against Switzerland in historical games

Soviet Union
-changed the historical focus path slightly, to include some historical focuses and utilize some bonuses sooner
-will pick certain useful advisors first

France
-changed the historical focus path, to include some historical focuses and delay others to more correct dates (more focus on navy & air, less focus on army this early, actually an intended slight nerf to France)

Mod fixes:
Forced German AI to train units in advance, so this should finally fix the issue of AI not being able to pick historical focuses on time, due to having insufficient army
-tweaked the AI research to not focus that much on naval, and put more effort on artillery, support companies, and rubber research

Checked the compatibility for 1.12.7
Soviet AI
-won't stay at Civilian Economy law for eons
-will take the decision to loosen the Academy prohibitions if losing
-will not improve relations with Romania for no reason (saves PP)
-will consider the existence of Anti-soviet pact when thinking about stealing land from Poland

-removed some more unnecessary code
-tweaked AI tech research slightly
-AI will not ignore army mutinies/draft dodging crises (if it's first attempt to remove it fails) and will try to complete the mission
-prompted GER and SOV AIs to prefer certain advisors/companies (depending on AI path preset)

Updated for 1.12.6

- Some minor changes to files (from the latest 2 minor patches)
- deleted some of my now redundant improvements that were implemented into vanilla
- The Air improvements from the mod work again, AI will produce more planes and especially the Allies will produce a lot more strategic bombers
- Czechoslovakia will not delete its starting tank/cavalry divisions and will continue building tanks.
- Pushed major AIs to research naval techs more

Compatibility Update for 1.12

Note:
Due to various game bugs and weird AI behavior introduced in 1.12 some features are disabled for now
For example AI overproducing tactical bombers and not producing almost any fighters. Also sometimes switching factory lines completely on/off and losing efficiency...

I expect PDX to fix that first before trying to „work around“ these bugs.

France
- added AI weights to some important focuses, so the AI isn't so inept during the war
Germany
- further corrected suicidal behavior (declaring on everyone while loosing, non-historical games)
- will produce more Tactical Bombers
- will again focus on building submarines (historical/fascist games)
- reduced AI desire to accept central/south american minors into its faction, while still being at peace (so something like warmongering Mexico attacking El Salvador does not draw Germany into early war with other majors)
All AIs will improve naval templates more often (reduced naval XP 'reserve')
Removed some old unusable code from the mod (might have caused a crash from time to time)

- some compatibility fixes for current game version
- tweaked USA/UK Air production
- UK,USA,GER more likely to research AA techs
- Japan will allocate a bit more troops for defense, if at war with USA

Implemented many AI improvements from my old Soviet Union Vanilla+ mod:
- AI will build a larger airforce
- and a lot more tanks and research them quicker
- Use cheaper infantry templates that it can actually supply
- Utilize motorized divisions
- AI blocked from mindlessly prospecting for resources (frees up tons of important CIVs)
- have a slightly better economy management (much improved for 1939 start)
- select manpower laws better
- other miscellaneous things

- Ireland will stay neutral (historical focus on)
- some minor improvements to USA

Updated for 1.11
- mostly just compatibility update, some mod features did not work as they should and were disabled for now
- no improvements to Soviet AI for now (planned)
- USA has some issues with unit templates, also can't use motorized units, WIP

Note: 1.11 AI seems to do better with upgrading ship templates, which is a great news
