Fuel cache
- Replaced the flak emplacements with MG42 bunkers to prevent enemy from crewing them. Downside is that they have limited range and won't point toward the enemy if the fuel post isn't facing them.
- Increased cost of cache III to 500mp 50fu
- Garrison troops should not require popcap usage

- Artillery Officer off-map artillery "rapid barrage" 60 muni 90s recharge
- Officer Squad now has 5 veterancy
- Vet 2 - Increases leFH18 ability range by 15% reduce scatter by 15% reduce recharge time by 25%
- Vet 4 - Increases leFH18 ability range by 25% reduce scatter by 30% recharge time by 40%
- Vet 5 reduce rapid barrage cost -50 munition → 10 munition

OST
Fuel Cache
- [New Upgrade] Stockpile III 400mp 30fu
- Increase resource node Fuel Munition Income +7 player manpower income +10
- Converts cache into a fuel depot
- Can reinforce and upgrade depot to have medics and repair engineers
- Spawns an additional flak emplacement that must be crewed
- Flak emplacements at the depot cannot be decrewed once manned and can only be destroyed

Garrison Squads
- Squads created at fuel caches/depots have had their AI improved to respond better to attacks
- Can take facing orders, but will not leave their assigned area. Do not show on unit tab, but do have veterancy of their own
- Garrison squads will benefit from advanced cover and combined arms upgrades

Pak40 AtGun
- Now has Raketenwerfer retreat ability

- increased income from stockpile II on the fuel cache +7 => +10 mp/min
