--Updated Dominion Science Fleet so it only rolls 1 dice when braving hazards.

Bug Fixes:
--Pyroclastic Wing should now only roll for 1 ship when braving hazards.
--UCR Appendix should display properly.
--UCR books should display in dual page view (like looking at a real book).
--migrated some image assets to my steamcloud.
--Dominion is selectable (but still has bugs to be worked out).
--Dominion Advancement cards should not show blank anymore.

Turn on Terran, Tholian, and Orion factions.
(I would double check resource generation when playing with these factions).

Dominion still needs work, but is close to playable.
