Added version 1.1 support
There might still be issues while generatin ruins (as usual, mostly depends on what mods you do and do not have). But at least it works now, I'll do some minor compatibility updates as soon as more mods get 1.1 updates as well.

Fixed issue with pawns starting unloading items when arrive to ruins POI or event.
Combined manual and automatic caravan reforming options: now both options allow manual items pickup and both options allow to initialte home map style caravan forming process (even when there are enemies, so watch your pawns carefully!)
