- edited "Bread & Circus" edict into "Grain Distribution", which is more reliable for late antiquity

- revised cost of upkeep for eastern and roman palatial and water and religious buildings
- reworked respawn time for selected mercenaries in steppe and germanic provinces (needs new game)
- decresed navy limits per fame level (by 1 at imperium level 2-5)
- rebalanced economy as my original idea was about to cut rivers of money which were unintentionally denied with FotE rework
- rebalanced political power effects as planned initially in old FotE versions, but never realized (actually FotE+EP Revised exclusive, not included in current FotE)

- added + fixed description for various roman units
- reduced army upkeep bonus for province capitals (Sassanid/African/Caucasian/East and Roman)

Moved all roman additional named units over CA's limit into submods, that is:
- full list of comitatenses,
- full list of milites/pseudocomitatenses,
- additional auxilia palatinae,
- additional cavalry units.

This way runtime error should be now controllable and easy to solve if happens.
You can start with FotE+EP Revised and submods then deactivate any of submods for AI controlled faction if runtime error happens.

Very rarely, almost never (you may need to switch back few rounds to take effect, but only if error still appears).

- fixed weapon in model for Matiarii Seniores and Vexilatio Comitatenses (Equites Promoti)
- rebranded Garrison and Skirmisher buildings (Limitum chain) to allow to recruit the same units in both, in general Garrison chain is meant for provincial cities, Limitum chain is for province capital, althought limitum can still be build in minor cities
- enabled Secundani Comitatenses at 2nd grade of Comitatum chain
- fixed Comites Alani to use faster horse and to be medium cavalry rather than heavy
