Added a second platform (Large round)
You can place a small building on it to put interior stuff, but only camping stuff will work on the platform itself. It is no player city so using with building that do create player city after it is placed might cause issues allthough i didnt encounter any.

Fixed issue with placements.
Now all normal interior items should be placeable on this.
