Once disabled, starbases now require 75% of hull to be reactivated.
Savegame compatible but only affects new starbases.

Starbase now also regenerate HP while in combat.

To compensate, the threshold at which a starbase is restored is increased to 50% of max hull.

  • Work around to marauders perma-attacking starbases by setting the starbase self-repair timer to 1 day. This should allow starbases to be shut down for the duration while at the same time give defenders a chance to prevent that from happening by still allowing self-repairs to come quicker.
