- Flat Penny: BF can spawn a Double Key
- Burnt Penny: BF can spawn a Double Bomb
- Bloody Penny: BF can spawn a whole Red Heart
- Counterfeit Penny: BF can add 2 coins to your coin count
- Rotten Penny: BF can spawn 2 Blue flies

Repentance:
- added Coop compatiblity for trinkets
- added Coop compatiblity for luck gained by Bum Friend picking up Lucky Pennies
- changed the way the RNG for possible pickup spawns is generated. Now every trinket takes it's own RNG into account instead of the RNG of the familiar itself.
- pickups have now a slight spawn position off set which prevents pickups from sticking on top of eachother (most of the time)
- BF now takes gulped trinkets also into account when trying to spawn a pickup (to balance out the slight debuff the new RNG brings with it)

added synergies for Rep trinkets
- Blessed Penny: BF can spawn half of a Soul Heart
- Cursed Penny: teleports BF to a random position around the player after he picked a coin (and before spawning something)
- Charged Penny: BF can spawn a Mini Battery (slightly lower chance than for the other trinkets 33%, 18%, 66%, 100%)
