Afterbirth+ :
This mod adds a synergy between Bloody, Burnt, Butt, Flat, Counterfeit, Rotten Penny and Bum Friend. If he picks up a coin, then he has a chance to drop the respective pickup. The chance increases with the kind of coin he picks up
- Penny = 50%
- Double Penny = 25% (but with double payout)
- Nickel = 75%
- Dime = 100%

Repentance:
In Repentance this mod adds synergies for Blessed, Charged and Cursed Penny as well. Again the chance increases with the kind of coin he picks up.
- Penny = 50%
- Double Penny = 33% (but with a chance for a double payout)
- Nickel = 75%
- Dime = 100%

It also adds a small chance to trigger the synergies with gulped trinkets (yea that wasn't a thing before, sorry ._.)! However the chance is signifikantly lower than for hold trinkets (/10)

oh and this mod also supports Repentance coop now! So if he picks up a Lucky Penny, then he will add +1 Luck to the right player ;)
