Features :

- Adds the ability to stop the Free Jobs Decision.

- Maimed and Traumatized can now be cleansed

Bug Fixes :

- Fixes some more localisation problems.

- Fixes Phanon Dogs and Operatives not being recruitable.

- Increases Phanon Missile Hit Points.

- Reimagination Project will now end if you already receives the tech while in the middle of the project.

- Reimagination Project now correctly identifies all 11 precursor techs.

- Fixes some precursor designs giving the wrong descriptions.

- Fixes Extra Assembly not actually granting extra assembly for Emissaries.

- Fixes duplicates of habitable_structure

- Fixes every type of country being able to get stellarite events instead of only playable ones.

- Fixes Final Word being unusable because dumb dumb.

- Updated mod to 2.8, may still have lingering issues.

- Greatly reduces the amount of ships in the Phanon Corps Droppoint System.

- Colonies that have been overran by Void Lifeforms will be destroyed after certain periods of times have passed (and resets all armies)

- Spawn delay for all lifeforms have been doubled, and further increased if the planet is already occupied.

######### FIXES

- Fixes bugs where some armies don't cost anything.

- Tomb worlds can now be blown up by bombardment stances.

######### BALANCES

- Ethics and Ascension Armies have massively increased morale. They now require military fortress buildings to be trained.

- Heroic armies have their costs and morale removed, leaving only the influence and cool down. They now require ascension pop buildings to be trained.

- Adjusts economy a bit more.

######### PRECURSOR #

- Precursor Pylons and Repellers have their timed life doubled, cost less and can now be built using normal construction ships, but will have very low lifespan.

- Increases build time and costs of Precursor Starbases.

- Herculean resource production has been adjusted based on its tier.


######### PHANON

- Reduces the amount of Phanon Garrison Forces.

- Reduces evasion of Star Dominator II.

- Phanon armies can now only be recruited from the Vault.

- Reduces the build time of Enigmaliths.

- Increases the build time of Precursor Starbases.

- Readjusts the Void Sphere district resource and add a bit more DM/DE upkeep.

- The Stellarite Event Chains will actually correctly tell you to grab physics this time.

- Fixes some more bugs.
