- More Phanon Techs have added, allowing construction of Phanon Ships.

- Phanon Techs and Components are now much more expensive.

- Droppoint Zone now have tougher garrisons.

- Buffs the Droppoint Resources.

- The minimum amount of stellarite required to spawn Stellarwyrm has been increased to 50,000.

- Stellarwyrm's base evasion is reduced to 5.

- Removes all collateral damages from all fractured lifeform's armies, so the only one who can blow up the planet/kill the pops is your own army's righteous fury.

- Reduces scaling difficulty from Stellar Monsters to only 20% of standard scale.
