moved the enemy recycler pathpoint for MPI Quagmire. Made some level 3 Aegeis AIP tweaks for the ISDF.

Moved the recyclerenemy pathpoint in Giza and Quagmire so that the enemy recycler will deploy. Also, the ambush and large statues in Giza were on the wrong team and were attacking the AI as well as the player, added them to the correct team. Removed the ambush statues from strategy arena, they were to close to the human base, instead added the large statue variants. Added a second base pool to Planetoid for the human side.

lowered the damage output of flash canon. changed the ivtank cpu units to the gh variants to override the MPI dll swapping out the cpu weapon loadouts.

fixed ISDF AIP level 2 plan 3, was trying to build APC's without having built the training facility yet. added bldedge to more odfs, including the Matriarch, cross fingers i didn't screw it up! Also changed the assault serv truck model to the newer version included in the KatPak assets.

added bldEdge flag to remaining gtows, spires and buildings now that I know how it works and that it works correctly.

added bldEdge flags to the service bays, assault bays and dowers. Modified all map infs to automatically enable weapon linking.

added bldEdge = "wwww" to some gun towers, spires and pgen odf's to see if it makes a difference to the AI navigating around these buildings

Edited the level 1 and level 2 AIP plan 1 and plan 3's to never send out assault units until the late game and higher plans kick in.
