Minor compatibility improvements.
Added a shorthand console command ("psnd").
Music tracks are now labeled and categorized.
Added a bunch new soundtracks: Portal 2, Left 4 Dead 1 & 2, Day of Defeat, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Team Fortress 2.

Renamed a bunch of files and functions to avoid conflicts.
Sounds can now be played at custom volume (e.g. "playsound soundname 0.5")
