Fixed a diplomatic response issue that caused Nod to say things like "Thank you." when asking for a Declaration of Friendship.

I had to make another text-related edit just before release.

I found a typo right after I had uploaded the mod and the only way to fix it without reuploading the entire mod was to make an entire update just to remove one letter.
